Positions are laid out chromatically (one semitone per row) purely to show the note pattern across strings — they don’t correspond exactly to real left-hand hand positions or finger spacing on a physical violin. Frequencies assume A4 = 440 Hz equal temperament. Scroll the fingerboard to reach the second octave. The live tuner needs microphone access over HTTPS and treats anything within 10% of a note's frequency as in tune — play in a quiet room, and use headphones if you're also tapping notes to listen to their pitch.
